Reviews: Full Body Cleanse

The Full Body Cleanse worked as advertised. The first 3-4 days on the cleanse was tough. I had very low energy and felt lethargic. After this initial period, the cleanse went fairly easy. It took some getting used to not eating certain kinds of foods, but by the end of the cleanse, I really did not miss those foods nearly as much. I lost 18 by the end of the cleanse. I would suggest starting the cleanse when you have the first few days off of work. *

I’m giving the Full Body Cleanse 4 stars. It definitely works! If you follow the instructions, and if your goal is to lose weight, it will happen! I lost 10 lbs in the first 10 days, felt great, and gained a new liking for a variety of salads. So why not 5 stars? The 5 pills every 2-3 hours were a killer for me; it was difficult. I plan to do the Full Body Cleanse once every 6 months. I want to see if it decreases my high cholesterol count. I’m not on meds, but the doctor states I’m headed in that direction. *

The Full Body Cleanse definitely cleanses you out but you must commit, eat, and drink plenty of water. First couple of days stay close to facilities (if you know what I mean) then you literally have to force yourself to eat. Remember to take the pills on the suggested time chart and don't over do the exercising. As a diabetic, the program slowly took my glucose levels down to a normal level. I did get a little lazy so I'm going to focus and try it again, to get better results. *

The Full Body Cleanse was helpful. The majority of the time I wasn’t hungry however, towards the last four days taking the pills became overwhelming. I found that if I became anxious I would feel tired, the product is great but for me I’ll try the 10 days going forward. I won’t get tire from taking the pills and energy level would be high. I lost 15 pounds that was great but my goal was to improve my immune system. *

This is my 3rd time doing the Full Body Cleanse and the 1st time was by far the most effective. I followed the diet plan and the exercise in took all products as prescribed. *

I’m currently on day 7 on the Full Body Cleanse and I’ve noticed that I have more energy and I’ve lost 2.3 pounds so far. I’m looking forward to the next 13 days. *

My wife and I tried the Full Body Cleanse after we heard about it from a family friend. I have to say, it was one of the best things I did for my body this year. First couple days were tough because of lack of caffeine. I would get headaches in the mornings but nothing that was unbearable. Next couple days I had some body pain which felt like it was my kidneys. I took it as a good sign that things are working, and I am glad I did, because after day 5, I started feeling really good. My energy levels were up, I was sleeping much better, I was in a really good mood, and of course I was happy that my tummy was flattening. The only tough part towards the end was the cravings but I am glad I did not give up. I actually went a few days over since my wife had some extra pills from missed doses. I am ready to do this again now after 6 months and I think I will try the Weight Release Cleanse this time to see how this one will work on my body. Thank you Dherbs for making us feel great! *
