I tried the 10 day liver cleanse which helped me to lose 10 pounds within four days. Even with a couple of cheat moments this product still worked, it is absolutely amazing. I didn't even complete the 10 days and I felt absolutely amazing, but I will say when trying to return to a diet containing red meat and or dairy you will feel sick. *
