I have had a hard time "going" all of my life and since I have gotten older it seemed more troublesome. HOWEVER, Bowel Motion is a Godsend!!!! I take the recommended dosage at night before bed and I can count on having a GREAT BM in the morning. I don't have to take it every night, but I feel so confident that at those times when I feel like I need it the most, it is safe and reliable...and so natural! No harsh stomach pains or anything! Love this product. *

Bowel Motion really does what it says it's for. I only take it once a day and it helps me move my bowels during the day. My bowels move naturally without the pain laxatives would give you. I would recommend this product to anyone who is constipated. I am thankful for this product and now I am always using it. I am chronically constipated. *

Love love the bowel motion. I always have trouble going to the bathroom but since I started the bowel motion a month ago, I go everyday. I take them before I go to bed.
