This was a great cleanse that was relatively easy to maintain and complete! Because you have many food options, I found this considerably better than the "gunk" and dog bisects of other cleanses. The charcoal was a little challenging at first, not because it tasted poor, it was just the fact of what it is, however the benefits are obvious!
