This is a wonderful product and I've seen great results in just 10 days. It really put my mind from into taking better care of myself and eating properly. I absolutely LOVE this product! I purchased the 10 day just to check it out, and had amazing results. I lost 10lbs, was less bloated, and experienced increased mental clarity. I didn't purchase with the intention of losing weight, but moreso to add an additional layer of support for my body while doing a spiritual fast. I had a pretty healthy mostly plant based diet and exercise regimen before, but the addition of the herbs really helped my body get to another level of wellness. I had an amazing glow, and after day 3, it was a breeze. I'm now HOOKED and can't wait to do my next cleanse! Even got my cousin on board to do one too leading up to our 10 year college reunion in November ???? I highly recommend this product. *

I waited a couple weeks to do a review just so that I can give a honest opinion on how this product actually worked for me. In the beginning of this cleanse it was very hard because of the job that I do. I do a lot of moving around so it was very hard to stick to the diet plan that was given. Unless you are already vegan you will find it almost impossible to stick to that diet which is why I'm a small modifications by still continuing to eat meat but only eating salmon and tuna. I continued to drink only alkaline water. If I needed something with flavor, I made my own water with taste by adding fresh strawberries and lemon juice to flavor my own water. I also made sure I had a healthy snack every two and a half hours in between major meals. I did not exercise while on this clients until the last 3 days. ********* RESULTS******* * I begin to cleanse at weighing 215.8 finish the cleanse and weighed 209.2 * I felt great I felt clean and I felt energized after the cleanse was completed * I did experience my stomach going down in size and waistline slimming down as well *

I did the 10 full day cleanse and I never felt better afterwards! It was a little tough with the ALL RAW diet but I never felt more healthier in my life. I work out 5 days a week and keep my nutrition clean, I wanted to remove any toxins I had in my system, Afterwards, I wasn't bloated and I felt GREAT!! I want to try the 20 day next! *

I have used the weight release product in conjunction with the maintenance product and i have had great results. The appetite supressing component was a very pleasant addition. I loss weight with the cleanse and have been able to keep it off. I highly recommend the products. *

First cleanse I tried was very easy to follow and since it was only 10 days not hard to stick with. I had more energy and blood pressure dropped. I lost 9 pounds without any exercise. Good cleanse to start with to prepare for the 20 day full cleanse. I have nothing but positive comments and it helps you to have will power to endure till the end. *

Really worked for me! I did raw diet for 4 days, then modified w/ a small amount of plant-based protein at dinner only because I felt a little lightheaded and headaches. I shed 10 lbs. and 2 weeks later the weight is still off. The product really helped me cut my craving for fast food and poor quality foods, and the Dherbs website has great recipes and information, all of which I plan to continue using. Will definitely use again. *
