I really enjoyed the process of using theses herbs, it got me back on track as far as self restraint and controlling what I put in my body. It definitely gave me my strength back and natural energy. My only wish was to go to the bathroom more often, probably because I'm way too backed up. Plus I wasn't prepped with meals to avoid eating the wrong things. I'm going to order another full body cleanse but this time I will start with the fat burning cleanse to flush out my system first. I really want to loose allot of weight. I purchased the full body cleanse a few months ago. I must say this product gave me more energy and I lost a total of 20 pounds from using it as directed. You have to drink water and take the pills as scheduled. I'm really not a fan of pills but this product works. I will be purchasing again soon. *
