I tried the cleanse, loved it, but it was unrealistic to do the cleanse 12 months a year. So I decided to just order the bowel motion. And let me tell you, I’m hooked. It keeps me regular and I feel like I can maintain myself even though I may have a bad meal (or a few). I have will be on my 3rd cleanse in 10 months, but have been taking the bowel motion every day in between my cleanse. Definitely recommend to everyone reading this review. Go buy it, now! *

I have only used the Bowel Motion for a few days now, but so far, it's proven to be very effective! I take 3 capsules at night and the next day my body is releasing after each meal!
