I lost 14 pounds the first week! I think I slept better because I was up early and ready to go in the mornings! The only thing that was hard was eating raw fruits and veggies every day but it was worth it. I did give-in to meats a couple time and i felt very sluggish afterwards. The product does give you a full body cleanse and was very effective. I didn't loose as much weight as I expected to but did drop about 3-5 lbs. Would purchase again and follow the regiment more strictly. I felt lighter and more energetic after completing the cleanse. My stomach bloat and extra water weight was reduced. I ACTUALLY LASTED THE WHOLE 20 DAYS. THE PRODUCT TAKES A LOT OF SELF CONTROL AND DETERMINATION BUT THE RESULTS ARE AMAZING. IN THE 20-DAYS THAT I FOLLOWED THE PROGRAM I LOST 20 POUNDS AND MY BLOOD SUGARS NUMBERS WERE GREAT. I DID ONLY EAT RAW VEGETABLES AND FRUITS BUT IT IS NOT AS BAD AS IT SOUNDS IF YOU ARE PREPARED. Works well! I've been using it faithfully and am losing weight and feeling great. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to cleanse to give this a try! In addition to the cleanse I am eating fresh vegetables and fruit. Be sure to read the manual it has some very vital information to help you to be successful! *

This was the first thing I tried and I just say it work well. The reason I can't say it was the best is simple. I know for a fact you have to do the diet as well as exercise. Which I stuck to off and on. More off then on and yet I still lose a little weight and felt better over all. I have now continued to work on my diet and exercise. My diet is pretty much began now I still eat some chips or snacks from time to time. But I do highly recommend the full body cleanse. Just make sure to be prepared for a lifestyle change. The cleanse does work but you also have to be willing to go the extra mile to get the full benefits. *

This cleanse has been successful to me. In the beginning taking the pills so often was difficult, but managed to do well. The suggest times helped, but if I did not get it in then I would take it when I remembered. I thought the Activated Charcoal was going to taste awful, however it has no taste at all. I went from 300 to 289. I imagine that had I not gotten off course I might have lost more weight. However it is not just about the weight, I have also learned to eat differently. *

I've just completed the 20 days Full Body Cleanse and it is by far the BEST natural cleanse I know of and tried. It took a week to build up the stamina to begin. I didn't see results until the second day, and I was truly amazed! Amazed, because I wasn't HUNGRY, I thought I wouldn't last 3 days on only raw veggies, but I wasn't craving regular food, I wasn't hungry, and I was amazingly able to work out at the gym 5 out of 7 days per week. I felt great! Subsequently, I now continue the raw diet, discontinued coffee and drink more water. What really helped was the wonderful counselor at Dherbs who advised me on water intake, food combining and any other questions I had. I lost only 10 lbs, but cheated 2 of the days. Only frown for me was the amount of herbs taken daily, otherwise I Love this product, and will now purchase the Weight Release product. *
