Reviews: Full Body Cleanse

When I bought my first Full Body Cleanse I followed the instructions to the letter and lost 10 pounds. I had lots of energy. I felt great, and my health improved. Taking the cleanse in the spring/summer time helped me especially as I haven't quite learned how to be disciplined with my choices of food. My doctor also saw a positive change in my medical results. I cheated with my second Full Body Cleanse because I did it in the winter time and found it more challenging to keep the salads going. I paid for the cheating by not getting the weight loss results I had previously with my first order. So I was a little disappointed. I'm now going for my third Full Body Cleanse because I firmly believe that the body needs that complete cleanse to remove all the toxins found in our everyday food. I also like the recipes that Dherbs offers and even the guidance on what foods to eat and their benefits. Full body cleans a good product, and I encourage everyone to give it at least one try. You won't be sorry. *

I first heard about the Full Body Cleanse on the Steve Harvey morning show. I needed a product that was going to reset my body. The 20 day cleanse was perfect for me. I had amazing results and has used it multiple times. Go DHerbs. *

The Full Body Cleanse is a good product, didn't really track weight loss the 1st time around but I will this time. *

So far so good. On day 9 of the Full Body Cleanse and I already see results. My face is smaller and I seem to be down in inches too. I’m saving the scale time until the very end so I can get that sticker shock feeling when I see how much weight I lost! My only pet peeve is the charcoal. The packaging was a big mess for me as I tried to take the correct measurements out each night. I eventually switched it to another bottle. I did stop taking it during my period because it had my heart pulsing very hard one day and I never experienced that. My throat was always dry in the morning after taking it. I will revisit on day 10 and 11 when my period is almost done and write any updates review after the completion of my cleanse. I’m looking forward to getting the maintenance package next. *

Dherbs worked for me. The Full Body Cleanse worked great; I felt great, had more energy, lost weight and most importantly (to me) lost inches. *

The Full Body Cleanse went into effect immediately for me. In the first three days I lost a pound a day!!! I was never hungry and noticed how much energy I had... the hardest thing for me was not having to cook. Overall I lost 10 pounds total and my energy level have completely changed. Even after cleanse was over. *

The Full Body Cleanse helped me cleanse and lose weight. However, it was very difficult to continue for the full 20 days. I was only able to complete about 15 days. I may try again but I will have to reprogram my mind. The cleanse was good but I wasn't. *

I completed the Full Body Cleanse, I lost 15lbs. I felt good every day with the exception of day 14; my only tough day. Also, the scale seemed to be stuck on the same weight for a few days and I was disappointed (I called Dherbs and got some advice (I was not eating enough) and was back on track for the rest of the cleanse) I had no cravings and was able to stick to the plan without issue. There were days I felt super energized and others where I felt a little sluggish. Food: prep. is important and it helps to be creative so you don't get bored. My advice is to check out the recipes on this site and try some. Many will be part of my life forever. It's a little overwhelming having to digest all those pills every few hours but it's worth the struggle. Just take it slow and drink plenty of water. It's been about a week since I finished the cleanse and I gained back 2lbs (too much seafood) but I checked myself and lost it, so I'm good. *
