Great product. Good system. It worked for me. I wanted to lose about ten pounds. I lost nine pounds. It took a couple of days to get used to the system; but after that, it was fine. There are plenty of meal options, but I don't like to plan meals. So I found a couple of meals within the plan that I liked that provided the nutrition I wanted and basically stuck with those. The only reason I gave the system four stars instead of five is because there are a lot of pills. I can understand why, but still, it took me a few days to get accustomed. Otherwise, I like it and will probably do it again in the fall. *
