The Full Body Cleanse really works lost more inches than pounds. Definitely will do again if looking for fast results. I lost 9 pounds but people say it looks like I lost more. *

The Full Body Cleanse worked well but I didn't have the proper support at home while I did the cleanse. I had to still cook dinner for my family and that caused me to crave the foods and made me irritable. I plan on doing the cleanse again and also incorporating the recipes I saw prepared in the Steve Harvey Show. *

The Full Body Cleanse had a beneficial affect on my body. When I first started using it, I had to get use to taking the daily supplements. After a few days, I felt a burst of energy. My cravings for "junk" and unhealthy foods decreased. I felt full and it was easier to eat the healthier raw foods. My body felt renewed. I loss 20 pounds and highly recommend this product. *

When I used the Full Body Cleanse, I was pleased with the product because I lost 12 lbs and was not hungry most of the time because I was drinking so much water with the pills. That also was my hardship: too many pills to take. Is it possible to drink a liquid like some kind of tea in place of some of the pills. Just a thought for people who do not like taking pills like me. P.S. It also took away my craving for sweets and salt. I want to do the maintenance cleanse but I do not know if I want to take a whole lot of pills again. Any suggestions? *

First, let me say that I would give the Full Body Cleanse a 4 star rating (I can't see the numbers so not sure if I selected 2 star or 4 star). Secondly, I admit that I ordered the Full Body Cleanse in Feb last year and tried it for 3 days before giving up. The kit sat on a shelf in my pantry for a full year before I finally got sick and tire of being ILL and EXHAUSTED EVERY SINGLE DAY.... A year later, I've been trying unsuccessfully for over a year to shed some unwanted pounds and dealing with a number of health issues including joint aches, unexplained edema and swelling, gastritis, and acid reflux. Not to mention that everyone in my office is getting sick with a stomach virus or the flu, so I decide it's time to detox!! After only two days I noticed that I had more energy and was not feeling bloated and tired all day. I had lost almost 5 lbs and my skin was beginning to look brighter. For breakfast each morning I had a energy boosting fruit smoothie and for my mid-morning meal I drank a green detox juice or herbal tea. By day 4 I was feeling famished at lunchtime so increased my water intake and ate more raw nuts for my snacks. I am now on DAY 8 and already 15 lbs lighter with clearer skin, I am having more restful sleep at night and awaking more rejuvenated and energized. This detox has helped to alleviate the swelling and edema in my legs and ankles, and I am not experiencing the frequent migraines. I am a believer and I will be doing this Full Body Cleanse twice a year!!! *

The Full Body Cleanse is an effective product. Had some difficulty getting all the pills in during the day. The cleanse made a difference in improving my joint health and increased regularity. I have highly recommended it to others. I lost approximately ten pounds and feel great. *

I recently completed the Full Body Cleanse this month. I must say that the product actually does what it states. I had so much energy and felt lighter within a couple of days. After the slight headache, passed all was well. I did drink alkaline water during the entire cleanse which assisted with the detox. There were days I had cravings for cooked foods so I cooked my vegetables, mainly spinach & asparagus. I also had a few cravings for carbs too...so there were days I ate a few potato chips..overall, even with my cravings for snacks, I still lost 14 lbs. Thanks Dherbs, I'm on my way to a healthier me. I plan to continue using other cleansers within the Dherbs family soon. *

The Full Body Cleanse I tried before is good for me. I don't have any problems except during work. I lost weight... 25 pounds. I weigh 210 pounds and I need to loose 12/15 pounds. *
