I was waiting to start my second program before I send in a rating, I like when I give a review that others know that it is honest, it was a learning curve on my first attempt I like the food choices very much, it was not difficult for me to eat raw or not eat meat cause I rarely do. I felt very comfortable in my clothes and knew that I had dropped a couple of pounds. I have not started the second full cleanse as yet, but this time around I want to lose about 20 to 30 pounds. I still continue to eat raw and clean and will do so for a very long time. Thank you Dherbs for starting me on this journey. *

The product was actually very helpful in teaching me how to eat right foods and the importance of maintaining a healthy gut. I felt full from the daily regiment, so I didn't eat foods I normally would eat. I stuck with smoothies, salads and vegetables. I lost 13 pounds. Wish I had lost more but it was hard for me living in the South to find foods that was I could eat and be happy with without becoming a vegetarian. I like my fish, chicken and some meats. I have begun to eat plant base foods but I'm not all the way in yet. I wouldn't do the cleanse again until I get my mind focused. Thank- you for the herbs. I do miss the pills and the benefits of taking them. *

Really good results! You have to be very disciplined towards diet expectations. I thought it worked better than the Weight Release. *

I really enjoyed the product. I lost about 23 lbs and feel wonderful my doctor was so amazed of my weight loss she took me off of my diabetes meds and one blood pressure meds. I am just maintaining my continued weight loss. I am feeling Amazing! Thanks DHerds for giving me Life again. *

Easy to follow, recommend setting timer on cell phone for taking pills on time. Hardest thing about the cleanse was NO MEATS AND NO COOKED FOODS. In a few days your body will adapt to the no sugar. Use stevia ,its from a plant. I did have a time taking the bowel cleansing which is bottle 6 . It has senna in it. I was already on a daily regimen of senna before the cleanse I was experiencing too may watery like BMs so I stopped it. I did lose 10 pounds in the 1st week and I do feel like I have more energy. Just follow the cleanse as close as you can and trust the process. *

2nd "go round". Did it exactly 1yr. ago , nov. 2018. No complaints with program or product. It provides for an effective cleanse and rest of internal organs. Developed a strong sense of determination and discipline. *
