I have been using this bowel motion for over two years now and I can’t live without it. It works effects but it’s also dependent on your diet so keep that in mind. I do follow the instructions by taking them at night once I’m done eating. I typically take two but will take three if I’ve been on vacation or just really backed up. It has also helped with my bloating tremendously. If you want to get rid of bloating and lose ~5-10 lbs this product and a good diet is all you need. *

It takes a few days to get working, but once it does, it’s amazing! You really start to feel lighter and more regular. It’s wild how many people underestimate this supplement. Bowel Motion genuinely works if you give it a little time. *

Bowel Motion works to promote regularity without any cramping. I still experience some bloating. I will reorder the product. *

Easy to take capsules and I didn’t experience any abdominal cramps or discomfort. I actually used the Bowel Motion previously and I had the same feeling of a complete and clean bowel movement. I will purchase again for my cleansing process. *

I have IBS-C / CIC, I usually take Motegrity but was looking for something more natural that wouldn't make me feel physically drained. My GI told me not to do this, as most of their strongest medications barely help as my condition is severe/chronic, but there's a better option out there - this MAY be it, for me personally. Bowel Motion does work, to help go more consistently & comfortably, however, it's definitely not gentle on your stomach, or at least has not been within the 3 days of me taking it. The reviews are great, so i'm hoping I start to adjust soon- and will do another review after a month of taking them. *

I gave it 4 stars because although it does work for me with bowel movements, I’m still having bloating issues and have not lost not one pound or inches. I do recommend to others to try it bc does help with constipation issues. *
