Reviews: Full Body Cleanse

Currently, I'm in the process of doing the Full Body Cleanse. I have 7 days remaining. I've been following to the letter and have lost 7.6 lbs as of this morning. I'm trying not to feel disappointed with so little weight loss considering all my hard work (eating habits and exercising), but I've adopted the mind set that it didn't take this short period to put it one, it will NOT take this short period to lose it. My goal is to lose at least 7 lbs this last week. I do not know what more I can do to accomplish this. *

The Full Body Cleanse helped me get the jump start I needed. I feel so much better and noticed that I don't need my regular prescription medicine any longer. I am going to continue with another cleanse to reach my goal and continue to maintain a healthier life style. *

GREETINGS! I DECIDED TO TRY THE DHERBS FULL BODY CLEANSE SYSTEM AFTER ABOUT 2YRS OF HEARING IT ADVERTISED ON THE STEVE HARVEY MORNING SHOW. I FEEL THAT IT DEFINITELY MET MY HEALTH EXPECTATIONS BUT NOT NECESSARILY MY WEIGHT LOSS EXPECTATIONS. TO EXPLAIN FURTHER, I DEFINITELY LOST WEIGHT, I HIT A WEIGHT PLATEAU A COUPLE MONTHS AGO THAT I JUST COULDN'T SEEM TO PASS AND DHERBS CERTAINLY HELPED ME BREAK IT. I WAS VERY STRICT REGARDING THE RAW FOODS DIET AS WELL, BUT UNFORTUNATELY I BECAME VERY ILL (TOTALLY UNRELATED TO THE PLAN) WITH A FEVER & TEMPORARILY LEFT MY PLAN FOR ABOUT 3DAYS. Working very well first 2 days I notice a change in my breathing and circulation. My stomach felt lighters. Very much pleased with the product. I only purchased the 10 day cleanse which actually ended up being the 20 day cleanse. I split it with a friend. Now I'm 7 days in and ready for the next 10 days. Order is on the way! Definite change in eating habits, for the good. *

The Full Body Cleanse was challenging. There was so many supplements to take. I've never taken so many pills. I am an anti-pill person. I lost 18 pounds on the cleanse and fell great. I started the cleanse around the beginning of November. I have two things that I would like to bring to your attention. My friend and I did this together and about the third week became constipated. Never that this issue previously. Drank lots of water (half my weight, did mild exercise, and stuck to the regimen. Did full blood work the last week of the cleanse and everything was great except for the urine creatine. Toxicity was high. Was told to drink more water to flush by my Dr and Dherbs. Couldn't understand why my bowel movement wasn't normal. It was prior. I think in the literature this needs to be stressed more and addressed. Mention what to eat or drink if you become constipated. Also, in the DO NOT CONSUME section, the way you worded the "Black, Green, White teas" was misleading and I thought it meant not to drink those but herbal tea is fine. So I didn't do as I usually do which is drink Green tea in the morning. It may be a good idea to take that out of that section period and put it in a separate section or include in the section of things you can consume. Otherwise, it was great!! *

The 20 day Full Body Cleanse was great! I had more energy, no cravings for sweets, helped me to sleep better and was not hungry. My wife and I shared the product, which gave us both a 10 day cleanse. In addition to the above Benifits I lost 10 lbs and she lost 7. The hardest part about the regimen was the raw foods. We will definitely use this product again and recommend it to our friends and family! *
