I really enjoyed the process of using theses herbs, it got me back on track as far as self restraint and controlling what I put in my body. It definitely gave me my strength back and natural energy. My only wish was to go to the bathroom more often, probably because I'm way too backed up. Plus I wasn't prepped with meals to avoid eating the wrong things. I'm going to order another full body cleanse but this time I will start with the fat burning cleanse to flush out my system first. I really want to loose allot of weight. But overall I am very pleased with product. *

I just finished the Full Body Cleanse yesterday. I lost 10 pounds. I really thought I would have lost more weight because before doing the cleanse I have always been a person who eats mostly vegetables, so I was excepting more weight loss. The Cleanse is not difficult to follow, but it has been sometimes frustrating for me not to be able to have eggs or fish. The other benefit for me is that I am not bloated anymore, the activated charcoal is really effective. I would recommend this cleanse to anybody who wants to make a change. *

I really like the cleanse! The only downside is that you have to take A LOT of pills. Some days I found myself struggling to keep up with the times. I followed the regimen about 90% of the time. Eating raw is really hard but luckily Dherbs have suggested recipes for FBC. I can for sure see myself doing it again. I felt great afterwards and have no craving for meat. *

My wife and I tried the full body cleanse after we heard about it from a family friend. I have to say, it was one of the best things I did for my body this year. First couple days were tough because of lack of caffeine. I would get headaches in the mornings but nothing that was unbearable. Next couple days I had some body pain which felt like it was my kidneys. I took it as a good sign that things are working, and I am glad I did, because after day 5, I started feeling really good. My energy levels were up, I was sleeping much better, I was in a really good mood, and of course I was happy that my tummy was flattening. The only tough part towards the end was the cravings but I am glad I did not give up. I actually went a few days over since my wife had some extra pills from missed doses. I am ready to do this again now after 6 months and I think I will try the Weight Release Cleanse this time to see how this one will work on my body. Thank you Dherbs for making us feel great! *
