I started the Full Body Cleanse on July 10. I decided not to weight myself until I complete the cleanse because I want to shift my focus to the health aspects of the cleanse and not just the pounds I so desperately want to shed. I am currently on my 17th day of the cleanse and without a doubt my mind feels so much clearer and my body feels lighter. The jeans/size I was wearing when I began the cleanse no longer fit, AT ALL! I also realized that the constant craving for food is really, "Mind over Matter." This cleanse has helped me become more in touch with myself, which has lead to a more positive self image. This Full Body Cleanse was excellent! I received mental clarity, and lost a couple of inches of the gut. I also obtained an overall feeling of good health, and got rid of a lot of nagging aches and pains. This cleanse eliminated a lot of toxins from my system. The recommended diet (vegan-like) for this cleanse went a long way in helping me change my eating habits for life - it's said that new habits are formed in 20 days. I did the Full Body Cleanse to jump-start my change to a more health conscious lifestyle. I lost 10 pounds and was able to curb my sweet tooth. That's not to say that I don't enjoy an occasional sweet treat, but I have been able to stop adding sugar to foods and drinks I consume! I gave 4 stars just because the carbon was hard for me to take daily. I couldn't get my mind past the black water and didn't consistently use the carbon. However, I am planning to do the Full Body Cleanse every six month. Thanks. *

My husband and I tried the Full Body Cleanse for the first time. We were food shocked at first by the limited dietary requirements but after a few days our bodies adjusted well. We love the product and will do this routine at least twice a year to maintain a healthier lifestyle. Of course, each individual will experience different results but it is well worth trying. *

It's day 5 on the Full Body Cleanse and I have lost 3 lbs. My daughter is doing as well. She has decided to wait until she's done with the cleanse to weigh. I do feel it's working. On day 1, I was awaken from my sleep around 4 AM sick to my stomach. I vomit once then I felt better within 10-15 minutes. I haven't had any major illness since only that I was fatigue on day 2. Overall, I do feel great. Perhaps, this will be a little graphic, I love the BM's that I am having. It's wonderful having regular BM's. I am hoping to continue on this healthy path of eating. If not 100 percent, at least, 90 percent raw foods. Also, I decided to become a club member so I can receive the benefits since I am planning on ordering DHerbs products for life. The Full Body Cleanse is "THE TRUTH" it really does work! I was not really sure I wanted to try it because you hear soooo many stories about cleansing and there are so many products on the market, BUT this has been working WONDERFUL FOR ME! I've been using Dherbs for about 3 years. The first time i did the Full Body Cleanse I lost approximately 25 pounds in 21 days. I have since used it about every 3-4 months to maintain my weight and wellness. After finding out that I was a diabetic, a relative recommended it and after the 21 days it helped restore my blood sugar to a normal level. I recommend it. *

It worked! I lost 12lbs. Sure I would have liked to have lost more, but overall I was pleased with the results. Using the Full Body Cleanse also allowed me to experience eating healthier foods and I have continued to eat many of the same foods post-cleanse. I will likely do this again this year and make the cleanse process a semi-annual activity. *
