I think it was a great! Because I could only do a light workout, I only lost 17 lbs. I felt so much lighter and less gassy. The hardest part for me was the activated charcoal. I wish that it was in capsule form instead of powder. I'm sure there are reasons that it's not, but it was so difficult to mix, and it was very gritty although it had no taste. *

Great product . I just order my 2nd set. I only seen a little change but it was my first time using them. Maybe the 2nd time I will see a little more. The full body cleanse worked great for me. I lost 15 pounds and feel great. I couldn't take the charcoal it gave me severe heartburn but otherwise the rest of the herbs were great. I would highly recommend the cleanse. I'm sure I will be doing it again. *
