I bought the Full Body Cleanse because of my stepmom's amazing results. Everything she shared about her experience made it easier for me to take the plunge, considering the cost versus the benefits. After committing to it, the hardest adjustments were taking the pill regimen on time throughout the day and embracing "raw food" options. However, sticking to the cleanse became easier with smoothies and other recipes provided by Dherbs. I didn’t feel hungry, as the cleanse emphasized the importance of regular, frequent food intake. As I progressed, my energy levels increased, and I found myself going to the gym more often. My cravings slowly eased, and by the end, I noticed a significant change—my sweet tooth had reset. I needed and wanted less sugar in my food, and some of the foods I used to enjoy now tasted overly sweet. Just a bite or two was enough to satisfy me. I am on my last week of the Full Body Detox and I must say I have noticed a big change in the amount of energy that I have. I take the stairs instead of the elevator at work now, and I've noticed that things dont bother me as much. I can't really give the product stars yet, but my sister really said positive things about it. I didn't know when I got it that it was a liquid form, taking 5 pills at one time made me gag. I couldn't continue on. I will order the liquid form and try it. *

I can't give 5 stars as of yet because I am only on day 5 of the cleanse. I will say though that I have been getting cleaned and it is amazing. I lost 5lbs already. started at 175.6 and day 5 I am 170.3. I feel great although I am sleepy often during the day I know some people say they have lots of energy I guess I just havent gotten there yet I also have a desk job so that may be the issue as well. Raw foods isn't that bad either. So far I have had success. I hope to do two back to back *fingers crossed* *
