I followed the directions for the cleanse. I ate all raw foods, drank the distilled and mineral water as prescribed. I didn't loose the estimated weight at all. I lost 4 lbs. I have since ordered the female hormone and thyroid supplements to see if that will help with a cleanse in the future. Otherwise I have no way to determine if I got the cleanse the product proclaims. *
