This is the second time in 3 years that I've done this cleanse. The first time I did the cleanse was because I wanted to see if it would really cleanse your body internally. I was not thinking about weight. After 20 days I lost 30 pounds and felt terrific. I've maintained that weight. This time with the holidays, I lost 17 more pounds and feel healthier. It's not just about the weight but being healthier! All the weight loss items on the market now have little to do with improving your health. This does and the weight loss is because the food you're eating works in conjunction with the herbs you're taking. I purchased the 20-day full body cleanse June 2023 because I was unable to lose weight. I was exercising and changed my diet, but the weight was still there. I read the reviews and decided to buy. I was amazed that I had lost 10lb in 10 days. I lost 15lb total. During the cleanse, the very first thing I noticed was my hot flashes were gone. I used to have them ALL the time. After cleanse, they are far and in between. I know what foods trigger them now. I was considering hormone therapy but after the cleanse, I don't need it. My taste buds are more sensitive. I'm unable to eat diabetic sweet foods anymore. I noticed foods that causes swelling. I had dark spots on my face, they are gone. Overall, I felt better. I truly enjoyed the smoothie recipes!!! I make them even though I'm not during the cleanse. I am better disciplined with my meals and the food I purchase. I still enjoy my sweets, just not often. Now, I have the 10-day cleanse on auto ship. I will be ordering another 20-day to get the full body experience. I highly recommend this product if you want to reset your body and lose weight. *
