Taking 30 pills a day is simply too intense. There have to be a better way to get a full body cleanse without so many pills to swallow daily. The preparation of raw foods and drinks can be managed even though it entails almost daily grocery shopping trips. Need more practical suggestions to make this product worth the effort. *

I think the product worked. However, I didn't expect the amount of pills and times that they needed to be taken to be so strict. I missed several days by forgetting pills at home. The diet was kind of difficult to follow but surprisingly, I was not hungry. I would like to try again to follow all of the steps completely. I think I will have a better opinion then. *

I followed the directions for the cleanse. I ate all raw foods, drank the distilled and mineral water as prescribed. I didn't loose the estimated weight at all. I lost 4 lbs. I have since ordered the female hormone and thyroid supplements to see if that will help with a cleanse in the future. Otherwise I have no way to determine if I got the cleanse the product proclaims. *
