Almost one year ago I started experiencing night sweats. I contacted my GYN and she wanted me to come in for a consultation, then treatment. Because I prefer herbal medicines over prescription meds, I opted not to keep the appointment but decided to order Female Hormonal to see if these would help. I started off taking 6 pills a day for the first three days, then lowered the dosage to three pills. It took about two weeks for me to notice a difference. I found that eliminating spicy foods from my diet and by exercising on a regular basis, my night sweats have gone away. The only time the sweats reappear is when I eat the wrong thing or have a glass of wine too late in the evening. I will continue to take these herbs on a daily basis. Can’t get away from Dherbs products, I've been taking the Female Hormonal for 5 months, I take it with Yoni and Menstrual Circle Formula because I have period problem, I’m very happy with the result, No cramps No back pain, it really works. Also my period is not scary heavy anymore but I still do have long periods but it’s ok. It has also controlled my mood no more mommy monster, and I don’t know if this product is meant to help with dizziness, but since taking all of these 3 products, my dizziness has gone away.
