The Full Body Cleanse is the best cleanse out there, as long as you follow the instructions exactly. The first time I did it, I was not successful. It was the liquid version they used to have, where you were meant to put drops in water and I didn't like that. I tried the capsules this second time and I loved it. I lost weight and my body feels and looks great! *
