Originally, I was skeptical about doing the Dherb Full Body Cleanse; even though, I had heard good things about it. I must say, after completing the cleanse and raw food diet, I feel 100% better. Although it was very difficult to do during the first week and I had difficulty taking 30 pills a day, but after that, my body and mind got used to not eating cooked foods. I lost 20 lbs, gained more energy, and don't feel like I'm carrying around extra fluid with the feeling of being weighted down.
