After completing the 20 day cleanse, I wanted to continue with the colon products since it worked so well. I am so happy to finally find a product that works!!! The inability to have regular bowel movements has caused significant stress on my body and overall sense of well being. The Bowel Motion works really well. I took three capsules on a Friday night and then Saturday morning Bowel Motion worked. The product lives up to its name. You will not feel any cramps or pains from taking it. The bowel will come natural after taking Bowel Motion. I also purchased the Bowel Motion for my young adult daughter who stays constipated. When I first started using the Bowel Motion, I was a bit irritated because I had to use 5 capsules instead of 3. I decided to order the Colon & Digestive Tract along with the the colon & digestive tract. It works so much better for me using both products together and eating a proper meal plan. My muffin top has disappeared. I will be ordering these products constantly. *
