10 days after I began taking this uterus formula, I lost 10 pounds, my stomach went down and my pre-menstrual cramps were not as bad. It has been about 3.5 weeks and I am still taking them and I am still taking the uterus formula and I have not felt sooo well in a long time. These are very affective. it is important to follow the instructions and also (in my case) to cut out caffeine and sugar entirely. So far, so good!!! Thanks again! *
