I have done the Full Body Cleanse since 2014. The beginning is difficult but it works. People who saw me every day noticed the physical changes in my skin, body and overall attitude after the first week. I felt good. My friends and I committed to completing this every year for overall health. I felt my physical health was basically reset and I felt great. I encourage others to complete it. My eyes literally whitened back up, my skin glowed and I looked as if I had an internal brightener. The food choice was a challenge after a week or so, but we found some local raw food places to provide additional food options. *
