This product was exceptional. I stuck to it and lost 31 pounds. I learned new recipes and was fully satisfied with eating. I do admit that in the last three days, I was either bored with my meals or simply not hungry, so I pushed myself to eat, especially because I workout 4 days a week and wanted to ensure I would last during my workout. This was no problem, as FBC had me energized. The charcoal is the boom. I was glad to take the formulas and be intentional to speak to my body parts (yes I said that) to release the toxins and anything else that was not useful for my body!
