The Full Body Cleanse is a very good product that I believe in and will help cleanse your body and be more healthy. The key is to be disciplined enough to stick to the instructions for the full 20 days. There will be plenty of temptations not to, but if it is done correctly you won't regret it and it can start you on a better lifestyle as far as your eating habits. *
