I really like the Kidney tea. It helps to alleviate the need to urinate constantly. The tea helps to reduce the swelling and inflammation in my sinuses. Love the kidney tea! I have a problem with going to bathroom every 30 minutes. It’s so annoying when you go to long trips on the road and you have to ask your husband to pull the car. I've been unsure about the pills, but I found the kidney tea so I thought I would like to try. It tastes good with or without honey. I love drinking it cold in the morning. It works great and I don’t have to get up in the middle of the night, too. I will continue taking as my morning tea. *
