Here’s my experience with the 10 Day Blood Cleanse. By day 3, I had a runny nose and an occasional cough, but I had a LOT of energy! I hand washed my car and had the radio playing while washing it; I was dancing a lot (I’m not a dancer). Later I cut my grass as well as my mother’s (I have a huge lot to cut!) and blew away the leaves on the property. Took an epsom salt bath later that night. On Day 4, I had a slight headache and felt some tiredness. Noticed the front of my legs weren’t dry as usual; dark spots on my face appeared lighter and my skin appeared clearer overall; days 5-6 I experienced cold-like symptoms but still had good energy. By day 10 the dark spots on my face had disappeared completely and the bruising on my upper left arm had gone away. My eyes were brighter and I felt good overall. Life is in the blood; if we cleanse our bloodstream, our body will heal itself. I plan to do a blood cleanse a couple times per year. *

I have completed the 10 Day Blood Cleanse twice and I love it. I feel more energetic afterwards and my skin looks more clear.. After doing it the first time, I also noticed that my other organ specific cleanses had a stronger effect. I figured it was because blood travels to every organ so cleaner blood led to cleaner organs. This cleanse is unlike any other that I’ve ever done and I highly recommend giving it a try. *

I have done the 10 Day Blood Cleanse twice and very pleased with the results. Life is within the blood and the cleaner the better. This 10 Day Blood Cleanse is the thing my body needed. First three days eating was hard for me but I still managed to eat the right foods as recommended. After the 10 days was completed my body felt amazing no pain in my knees, blood pressure went down tremendously. I will be doing this every three months moving forward. *
