I’ve been a heavy drinker for a long time. I’m not talking a couple beers after work, I mean I was basically running on alcohol every day. It was normal for me for years and I knew it was wrecking me but I kept doing it. My energy was trash, my sleep was trash, I’d wake up already feeling like I lost. Using the Substance Cleanse made me feel energized! It did sort of slow down my cravings to smoke, however, self-discipline and strong will are still needed. Also, as labeled the inhaler actually does give you a calming effect and it smells great! While on this drug detox cleanse I also lost a small amount of weight. Granted if I would have stuck with the diet plan I could have lost more. I would definitely recommended the Substance Cleanse to someone who needs a little motivation to kick out bad habits & adopt good habits!! *

On day 3, I felt a little dizzy from the diet change but overall very the Substance Cleanse was effective and beneficial. I plan to do another one & stay on the vegan diet. *

This drug detox cleanse is awesome. After 3 days I had no desire for wine. The Substance Cleanse helped me with my healing process from addiction of alcohol. I meditate, read a daily word, and exercise daily and it has been a great journey for me. One thing, if the charcoal could come in a capsule form that would be awesome. A bit messy. *
