I began taking it at the beginning of my last cycle. At that time I was also changing my eating habits (raw foods, NO meat). I noticed that my menses wasn't as heavy and also much shorter in time. Since taking this formula (Moon Cycle Formula), my menstrual cycles have changed. I also took the Yoni Formula at the same time as this one. My periods have lasted 10 days ever since I had kids, and after taking this formula my period lasted only 7 days and then 6 days this last menstrual cycle. They haven't been this short since I was in high school. Great Formulas! *

I started with the Female Cleanse and was pleased with the results I purchased everything separately. I swear by this product and have used it consistently for the last two years. Not often is there a product that changes someone's like but this one has changed mine. I got debilitating cramps that would put me out for days and heavy flows. I have been talking the menstrual cycle formula around my cycle for the last 4 months and I no longer have cramps and I have about a 2 day cycle. I no longer live fearing a bodily functions. I only take this when I start my menstrual cycle. It has done wonders for my flow and even cut my days down from 7 to 5; sometimes 3. I no longer cramp or have heavy bleeding.
