When I did the full body cleanse I had the deepest sleep I had ever had. I called Dherbs I asked about the deep sleep. The nerve formula was recommended. I will be taking this as long as I live. Only those who have had the FBC can appreciate this, I think. Now that I have the dosage right, I take one capsule every four or five days and I'm good. Every night is the same, deep sleep. I weigh 150lbs. *

For jet lag, insomnia or light sleep, this is the most recommended product. I have had this one every evening around 9 pm and it definitely improves my sleep quality. I can sleep deeper. I don't wake up in the middle of the night. Even I am abroad, I can easily adapt to the local timezone.
