I’m in my mid-50s and had been dealing with that annoying stop-and-go bathroom thing for a while. I started the Prostate Formula a little over three weeks ago, taking it with breakfast most days (missed a couple, I’m human). Around week two I noticed I wasn’t standing there forever waiting for things to get moving, and the flow felt steadier instead of that weak dribble I was getting. Night trips went from 3–4 times to maybe once, sometimes I sleep through, which my wife loves because I’m not up banging around at 2am. Overall the urgency calmed down and I’m not straining like before. Only other change I made was more water and less late coffee.
