This time around on the Full Body Cleanse was a lot more intense than the first time, I could feel and see the infection come out of my head. For two weeks when I blew my nose a yellow green discharge came out. My ears and sinus cleared up. My head felt lighter and clear. Also my stomach was no longer bloated, it went down.
