I completed the Full Body Cleanse about 8 days ago and it has done wonders for me and my overall health. Maat-Hotep, In using this product, the Full Body Cleanse, I found it to be extremely mild on my body, unlike other detox programs I have done in the past. It took some effort to get use to the vegetables but after a while it was fine. I feel much better and have more energy. I had hoped it would have helped with the ringing in my ear which has been going nonstop for a year now. But that has not happened, hopefully in the near future. I feel that this product has made a tremendous difference in my health and my life. I have a couple of days left but I lost about 20 lbs so far and counting. I will now incorporate raw veggies and fruit everyday now. I no longer crave sweets, bread and milk for cereal. Today is my last day of the Full Body Cleanse! I couldn’t really tell a difference in energy at all, but I did notice a beneficial difference when it came to going to the bathroom. I must admit, I did cheat a little, for breakfast I ate oatmeal and toast a few times while doing the Detox. I will be doing it again, and this time ONLY fruits and veggies. *
