This is the second time ordering the Full Body Cleanse. The first time I sent it back because I was not ready to commit to regimine. I have to be honest, it was tough the first couple of days of the raw diet but after I fugured out what I could eat I soon realized it was a variety of raw diet recipes I could use to keep me focus on detoxing my body. It's a great product and I would totally do it again. Also I lost 9.5 pds. *

I used the Full Body Cleanse because I was suffering from high blood pressure my readings were 230/130 for about 5months I was running to the ER every 4 to 5 days I feel this detox contributed to me not having a stroke or death,also without expecting it I lost 12lbs which I didn't have a weight problem I'am going to detox again in a week or so .I encourage everyone to try it *
