Hi Everyone, I am on my 4th day on the Full Body Cleanse and I can tell you that this is definately the hardest thing I have ever had to do physically, mentally, and spritually. I am so proud of myself and very determined to succeed throught the whole detox process. I do not like the taste of the herbal capsuls, however, and it is a challenge for me to take all of them but I now I tell myself "One Pill at a Time" (lol). I am not experiencing any of the common healing crisis effects and I believe its because I became a vegetarian 3 months ago and transitioning to becoming a vegan for the last 2 weeks; I am so happy about that. I am very excited to see and feel the results. I keep a journal everyday to stay motivated and when I complete the detox I am going to go back and read my entries! Thank you dherbs!! *

Thanks so much to the people of Dherbs.Com. Not only have I lost 23 pounds on the Full Body Cleanse, but amazingly I lost the guilt I had whenever I would eat. I lost all those horrible chocolate and sugar cravings. I went from drinking a six pack of diet cola to now drinking a six pack of smart water and every cell in my body is greatful... I released 23 pounds but I've also managed to lift my spirits and I have gained the pride in myself again. I am presently using the Full Body Cleanse kit. I must admit that I was a little skeptical when I first received the kit because after reading the instruction the process seemed overwhelming and questionable. Out of pure curiosity I began to take the supplements. Within a week of using the kit I began to feel a positive difference. I am a completely sold on the benefits of using this product. I have lost weight, the bags under my eyes are gone, I look and feel better, I can go on and on about the benefits of using the kit. Surprisingly, I have never been hungry while eating raw vegetables and nuts. I think everyone should at least try it. If you have the discipline to follow the regimen you should get good results like I did. *

I'm currently taking the Full Body Cleanse. I must say I did not get the big jolt of energy like some stated. However I did notice some major changes in my body for the better. I have had issues with my throat. It constantly stayed sore. I've been to the doctor and they can't seem to explain what the problem is. since I've started the Full Body Cleanse my throat as not bothered me at all. *

I've done body detoxes from other businesses before, and I must say that this particular detox is the most efficient (and most inexpensive) herbal detox in my opinion. This is my first Full Body Cleanse and I didn't know what to expect. I can say eatting raw I thought would be my biggest challenge, but it was not. The detox was great, I was energetic and not slugish, sickly like in time past when doing different detox specified for a certain bodypart.However, after the detox I felt sluggish and realized I was still detoxing. I am now doing a candida cleasne then to a full womens cleanse. I have systematic candida and this was stirred up while doing the cleanse. I had some emotional issues due to life and my job and felt a peace and release, and this was a answered prayer. Looking for a healthier lifesytle spiritually, physilcally and emotionally..thanks *
