The Full Body Cleanse worked well so far. I just started on Monday and have released so much built up toxins. I am 3 pounds lighter so far. My second day was the roughest I had to call off, I know though a healthy phase and in the end its going to pay off. Today I have more energy and I am looking forward to going to my kickboxing class with my new energy. The fruit and veggie diet helps and it is easy because I am use to eating fruits and veggies, I do miss my turkey and chicken! I advise you if your reading this you need to just order it and try it really, what have you got to lose besides all those nasty built up toxins. I decided to take matters into my own hands and did the Full Body Cleanse and Anti-V Cleanse back to back. I lost approximately 30 lbs. and my skin cleared up. I now weigh 219 lbs., down from around 252 lbs. (I haven’t weighed that since I was in my 20's) I look and feel great! Everyone is asking me what I did to lose the weight, when I mention the vegan diet they give that old negro response of "I ain’t stoppin' eatin meat fo' nobody". Really? The Full Body Cleanse was the most amazing weight release product to ingest. The first four days I had so much energy I would go to bed at 11pm, I was so energetic. I released 14 pounds and look and feel great. I am so excited with the results. I have never eaten so much fruits and vegetables in any given week. I had bowel movements roughly every time I ate.
