The first time I completed the Full Body Cleanse, I had to take 2-3 pills instead of 5. My first week on the detox was extremely hard, and I struggled with following the diet regimen. I craved sugar and hot foods, and I grew tired of eating salads. However, after my first week, I began to see major changes in my energy level as well as my attitude. The detox soon became routine. I found a few raw recipes online, and I got creative with the dressings. I didn't drop the amount of weight that I thought I would, but I felt great at the end of my detox. I just finished 3 week Full Body Cleanse. I feel great. I feel so energetic everyday and it was not as hard as I thought to change my diet.
