The Full Body Cleanse was great! Me and my aunt decided to take on this movement together. She weighed about 300lbs. and I weighed 148lbs at the start of the regimen. We got our menus together and went to work. We would call each other for support all throughout the day. Not eating meat was a bit of a struggle but we endured to the end. Hetep, I am delighted and amazed of the results so far while taken the Full Body Cleanse. The first two days were transformative in the sense of my ego was craving cooked foods and I was on an emotional roller coaster. By the third day, there was a state of peace that came up out of me.
