Thanks Dherbs for the great product and knowledge that Dherbs provides. Some "natural" or "alternative" medicine products like vitamins and other miracle pills are giving the natural health food industry a bad name by proclaiming certain outcomes and when people try them and are unsuccessful they say they have tried everything to no avail. I regularly detox by fasting, green drinks, teas, etc, and pride myself in only taking things wherein i can see a relative effect. With the Full Body Cleanse, I saw the effect within days and the before/after is like night/day and not only do i notice the improvement, but everyone else does too. Some products make impossible claims of healing and weight loss without emphasizing dietary changes, but i believe if you stick to the recommended dietary regiment and the herbs in the Full Body Cleanse kit, you will see a rejuvenation of your entire body. The FBC is by far the best product on the market and the dietary concept is great as well. *

A Life Changing Experience Rocky vs. Drago is what the Full Body Cleanse is like. Clearly Drago is our bodies and mind holding us back and fighting with us all the way as we attempt to reestablish our balance and alignment. The Full Body Cleanse is an ideal product that symbolic of the spirit of Rocky. I did the Detox to balance my body (my blood pressure went from 151/91 to 122/75) and to lose weight ( I loss 34 pounds). I very much doubted the positive impact that the detox would have on my life and thought it was like the Wizard of Oz. I was absolutely WRONG. I completed the Full Body Cleanse last month and I can sincerely say that it changed my perspective about my body and what I put in it. Before DHERBS, I never really slowed down for myself. Continuously working and going to school full time, as well as, starting my own business. I knew I wanted to something for myself but wasn't sure. At the time, I was not truly familiar with what a Full Body Cleanse was, nor did I know what it entailed. Many Thanks Dherbs: I have been on your Full Body Cleanse, completed the program. I was extremely overweight at 350 lbs. I now weight 290 lbs. I have before and after photos, I am now on the Pancreas Kit program. Anytime I get weak and want to eat the junk I ate to become overweight, I revert back to your "Dherbs articles". I even take articles with me during the day to remind me of the filth I came from. I know I have a long way to go, my blood pressure was very high, but taking the Pancreas kit, drinking water and the correct foods will reduce my blood pressure. I am making great decisions thru out my life. I am now going to get a colonic and continue on this program for life. I thank you Dherbs, I recommended others who have seen my progress. *

I’m really glad I got the Full Body Cleanse Companion Ebook with the cleanse. I’m the type that needs things broken down and this made it a lot easier to follow the schedule, what to eat, what to avoid, and little tips when I felt like quitting. I used the recipes and a couple of the snack ideas almost every day. Honestly, without this I probably would’ve been guessing and falling off, but it kept me on track the whole cleanse. Even after I finished the cleanse, I kept a lot of the meal ideas. I still make a few of the salads and smoothies from the ebook during the week, and I catch myself checking the food list when I’m grocery shopping. It kind of shifted the way I eat and think about food, not just for those 20 days, so it’s still helping me stay on a better path. *

I’ve done a few cleanses before, but this was my first time using the Full Body Cleanse along with the FBC companion eBook. I loved that it had easy recipes because I’m not exactly a pro in the kitchen, and it kept me from getting bored with the same foods every day. By the end, I not only felt lighter and more energized, but I also understood more about what was happening in my body during the process. Highly recommend grabbing this if you’re planning to do the cleanse. It just makes it so much easier to stick with it. *

The Full body cleanse companion ebook is absolutely amazing. It's such an informative easy read that you'll zip through it and get fired up about your cleanse. I used it throughout my cleanse and after. If you follow the instructions and recipes you will definitely have a successful cleanse! It is also imperative to read because if gives you information on what to expect and how to handle certain situations. This is vital because your body will react to the cleanse and the book details all the different scenarios to look out for. I will definitely be doing the cleanse at least once per year. *
