The Full Body Cleanse Companion Ebook is a great book, however, i wish it was tangible instead of e-book. There are times i prefer to have easy access and not log onto my computer; it would be nice to have both options. I did the 20 day cleanse and I'm so please and getting ready to order the 10 day cleanse because I have a goal weight in mind and hope to reach my weight goal just before my Tummy Tuck. *

It was nice to have almost right away because you can print it yourself. However, it was a pain to print. I wish it had pictures as well. It helps to know if it looks right. It would be nice to have a copy they can send you. It had a lot of great information inside, so it made it worth the purchase. *

Would have preferred a hard copy of the Full Body Cleanse Companion Ebook, as I will continue to use it. *

The food pairing and recipe section made it well worth the purchase. I use miso paste in everything, so I was happy to see that I could still eat it. Soups are my go to for quick and easy meals, so that's what I made first. The cream of spinach soup! YUM! (I added a boat load of garlic & it helped me recover from a cold quicker!) I'm not much of a salad person, so all of the different salad dressings have helped me keep a little bit of variety. I haven't tackled the teas yet, but I'm getting there! *

I highly recommend ordering the Full Body Cleanse eBook. I has a lot of great recipes and menu options to help with your cleanse so you're not having to just stick with the sample menu that comes with the cleanse. Which is great too. The book provides information about food combining to help with digestion and to make sure your body is getting the nutrients it needs when eating foods and not cancelling one another. You can download it to your phone and refer to it when at the grocery store if you happen to leave your list at home. Like I did :-). Get the e-book! *
