Whenever I had a question or needed more information, I would just go to the Full Body Cleanse Companion and it had everything that I needed. Also, I liked that it explained each of the different supplements and what they did for the body. *

These products are by far the best I have ever tried! I ordered the Full Body Cleanse along with the downloadable detox ebook 4 suggested Raw recipes. Taking 5 pills at a time and 6 times per day was a bit much in the beginning. After about the 4th day of following the direction to the best of my ability, it became much easier to follow. I was referred buy a close friend of mine to try the Full Body Cleanse. Upon his completion of the Full Body Cleanse, I saw the final product of which the Full Body Cleanse is capable of. My friend was always one to go to the gym, work out hard, stick to a strict diet, and watch labels for everything he put into his body. I did not believe that there could be any better of an outcome then what I already saw before me. Boy was I wrong! My friend managed to become more lean end fit, I realized he had more energy, sleeping better, was feeling better, and stop complaining of aches and pains. Once I saw all of these positive changes within himself, I knew I had to try this. I am still young and unfortunately have endured a great amount of complications with my personal health. The results I was seeing you my friend I knew could help change some of my health issues. As soon as I was financially able to afford the Full Body Cleanse, I did so! I will say, I was NOT disappointed! When I completed the cleanse, I had lost about 12lb's. To date, I have maintained my weight-loss weight! The Full Body Cleanse Companion eBook is a great companion for the Full Body Cleanse. It contains a lot of great information to assist with completing the cleanse successfully, however, much of this same information is provided in the booklet that is included with the Full Body Cleanse kit. *
