It was nice to have additional information and taking a deeper and closer look at what was involved and what I could expect. Although it is not necessary it is worth the money and time...so take a look. My sense is that it will augment any of the various Dherbs programs that you are considering. *

Love this book! I've had an inversion table for a couple of years now and wasn't aware of it's benefits. I'm grateful that it's mentioned in the Full Body Cleanse Companion ebook and that you guys highlighted some of the key benefits of inversion. I was also excited to see the mentioning of the clay baths. I had purchased some Aztec clay a while back as a facial mask and had never thought to use it the way you've outlined. Very helpful information to guide you through the cleanse. Great detox guide to have in electronic form to always have with you. The FAQs and symptom listing is great to have. I have done other cleanses before but most don’t give you as much info as you get here. If it’s you’re first time doing a cleanse or fast it could help you stick it out. *
