I believe I've reviewed this product before but wanted to add an update. Hair Skin Nails is great! I've been taking it for a year now. I have it on auto delivery. I started taking it for healthy skin because I wanted something more natural to clean my skin and help keep it looking youthful. I also had developed a rash. Well while using Hair Skin Nails it cleared up the rash completely within two weeks and had my face looking beautiful. So I really have to use it to keep great results. *
