The Hair Skin Nails supplement is great. After taking it for a few weeks I noticed that my skin was getting smoother on my face and some of my worse blemishes under my chin were getting lighter. My nails are also growing longer and they don't break as easy. I haven't notice much growth with my hair but it is a little softer. I was given a clean bill of health and told to take a multi vitamin. I decided to try the Hair Skin Nails, my hair and nails improved. Although, my hair is not as thick as it was previously, it is definitely healthier. I am re-ordering and also going to try MSM Sulfur. I remember my mom telling stories of how her mother mixed up a sulfur and something to put on their hair as kids to make it grow. Let's hope the MSM Sulfur has the same effect! *
