I was so excited to try out my Hair Skin Nails when it arrived being that I just had an awesome experience with the Full Body Cleanse. Before I took one pill, I said I am going to put this product to the test! I cut my nails off down to the nub, just to see how fast my nails would grow back. By the fifth day my nails all had a good sized tip on them. I also noticed that I don’t have breakouts anymore and my skin appear to be smoother with a healthy glow to it! As for my hair it is thicker and softer almost like a miracle! I have only had this product for a month and the changes are noticeable! I’m still taking the Hair Skin Nails supplement and testing it, which is why I didn't add another star. But so far after almost 2 weeks my skin is great, and my hair is thicker than before. I’m noticing changes in my hair, but I haven't had any problems with my skin after taking these capsules. I will stay committed. *

I had doubts about using Hair Skin Nails. However in the last three weeks of using this product I have noticed that my skin looks smoother, my nails grow very quickly and look healthier, and my hair has thickened. My reason for buying this product is because I damaged my hair with perms. My hair was thinned, weak, and broken off. I can tell of some hair growth... though it’s not an overnight process. I can tell however, that my hair has thickened and it is getting its natural texture back. My little spouts of gray is even controllable. I will continue to use this product.
