I was skeptical when I first tried the Hair Skin Nails. I charted the date I started so as to document the changes I saw in my hair, nails, and skin. Let me tell you, all I can say is WOW! My nails were strong think and did not break. My hair grew significantly. I have never noticed a growth in my hair after taking another supplement. Another thing, it always sells out! I almost didn't want to leave a review because I love this stuff! *
