So I started taking this supplement because it was in tea form and I get tried of taking pills all the time. This helped my nails to grow and also, helped my hair to start growing again. I have enjoyed Hair Skin Nails Tea and the increased nail growth experienced. I brew one bag worth a bag of bamboo tea and drink this while on the treadmill. I steep both bags in a 16 ounce tea pot for about 5 minutes in boiling water and remove the bags and set aside for another use later. Typically I use the bags four times with the final brew to be placed in a spray bottle for moisturizing my natural hair. Will purchase again. *
