I think the Activated Charcoal definitely assists with the entire cleansing as it helped my body to flush consistently throughout the day and night. It's a staple for me whether or not I'm on a cleanse. I have recommended this product to others, especially for those who'd like to slowly migrate to a cleanse or don't want to do a full cleanse. *

This stuff is great. It really pulls all the bad stuff out of your body.
