I purchased Smoke-Less Formula for my boyfriend who smoked. For the first couple of days he did not notice a difference but as time went on he noticed his cravings diminished tremendously & he was not such a habitual smoker when having a cocktail. Took the Smoke-Less Formula as the instructions suggested and noticed how calm I felt. After nearly completing the tablets, I discovered that taking them more than once a day had better results for me. I'll definitely order again but next time set up a schedule to take 2 or 3 sets a day. *
